After placing your order, simply drop us an email at hello@webrick.sg with the image you wish to use to create your personalised portrait along with your order number.
One preview will be provided upon request and you'll have the chance to make a complimentary minor change to it. Any subsequent changes will be charged at $20 each.

Please purchase the fix-it-for-me option if you want portraits to be assembled before arriving at your doorstep for an additional fee of SGD100 per base plate.
Please allow at least 2 weeks for the delivery of personalised portraits, and up to 1 week for the delivery of pre-made portraits for Singapore orders. International shipping might take longer depending on shipping options.
